2. Process for Return & Exchange

Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

Customers must send the item back via courier at their own cost.

Once received and inspected, we will:

Send the replacement item OR

Issue store credit (if exchange item is unavailable)

Note: Refunds are not offered unless the item is unavailable for replacement.
3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and delivery of the replacement product.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
