Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

βœ” Eligible:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

✘ Not Eligible:

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotions.

  • Minor color difference due to screen resolution.

  • Damage caused after delivery.

  • If the product has been used, stained, or altered.


2. Process for Return & Exchange

  1. Contact us at baggylab08@gmail.comΒ within 3 days with:

    • Order number

    • Photos or videos of the issue

  2. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Customers must send the item back via courier at their own cost.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will:

    • Send the replacement item OR

    • Issue store credit (if exchange item is unavailable)

Note: Refunds are not offered unless the item is unavailable for replacement.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and delivery of the replacement product.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
